If you think about it Enri sorry if I spelled her name wrong but she is quite the leader. She gave her goblins rewards for loyalty like Ainz. Even when she commanded the Ogres with "bow your heads" it sounded like a true ruler.

in case anyone didnt know Enri gained the Commander skill when she blew the Horn of the Goblin General that summoned the goblins. the horn's effectiveness increases with the lvl of the Commander skill which causes it to summon stronger goblins in greater numbers. at Commander Lvl 5 the Horn of the Goblin General summons a literal army of "high level' goblins (each is the max lvl for goblins which is equal to an Orichalcum adventurer. I think they are lvl 25 but i could be way off). the Yggdrasil description says "a consumable item that summons an army of goblins when blown" The Commander skill was considered a trash skill in Yggdrasil. When the ogres submitted to Enri since she commands the goblins that kicked their butts, the Commander skill kicked in and made them her subordinates in a similar way as the Tamer skill would.

It's kinda like a weaker version of Demi's skill

So the guildmaster tells the receptionist to ask what she wanted, she was acting like that because she thought she might lose her job. It wasn't included in the anime, maybe they thought it was unnecessary.

all of them are just pure evil after all. Momomga made a few subdle mistakes which involve the npcs. The first one was becoming Ainz and the second one was not thinking of which npcs he should send to work together with the other one(good combinations). He should also get a wizard or someone to show them the different types of magic in the new world.
